Bethany is a trainee solicitor in her third seat in the London office. Her experience to date has been predominantly within the contentious space, complemented by non-contentious work undertaken during an in-house secondment at a global design and engineering consultancy.
She is currently sitting with the Financial Specialty Risks team, where she is gaining exposure to a broad and varied range of matters. Her experience includes assisting on high-value disputes, including claims valued in the tens of millions of pounds.
Bethany has developed a strong interest in the insurance sector and has built solid experience in this area so far, which she aims to further develop upon qualification and throughout her legal career.
